I recently stayed at a hotel in Viernheim, and I had a positive experience. The location of the hotel, Nh Mannheim, was perfect for us as we were looking for a place to rest after a long drive on the autobahn. The breakfast provided was satisfactory, and the room was spacious and clean.

The hotel is located right next to the Rhine-Neckar shopping centre and the cinema. Just brilliant for staying with kids.

The location of the hotel was great for a romantic escape, with easy access to public transportation and the city center. The rooms were well-designed and clean, providing a comfortable stay. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, making it a pleasant start to the day.

The Wifi connection was quite poor and only accessible from certain areas of the hotel, which was inconvenient. Furthermore, some areas of the hotel appeared outdated and could use some renovation.

Location beside the Nordheim-Westfalen shopping centre is perfect (and the reason why we chose this hotel).

It was quite a surprise that we had to pay separately for the breakfast even if the room wasn´t cheap . Air conditioning was noisy, we couldn´t keep it on in the night.

The value for money at Nh Mannheim was excellent, with a 5-star dinner at an affordable price and a very nice hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff at the reception desk and in the breakfast area were friendly and helpful.

The location is the best. it is right next to the motorway. In my case, I was visiting Heidelberg and Hockenhaimring, and both destinations are in less then 20 min by car. You also have big shopping center and cinema right behind the hotel, a supermarket working till 22 in the evening, in front.

the only thing I didn't like is that I didn't have good control over the room temperature, otherwise, the rest was good.

Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed and equipped with all facilities. The hotel location was convenient, close to the highway, and offered free parking. It was also a quiet area, which allowed for a good night's rest. Additionally, transportation to Mannheim's main train station was easily accessible.

Wi-FI is too costly and bandwidth is low even for paid wi-fi

I liked that the parking was free. There was a female working the front desk and she was marvelous. The first room I got was a litle stiniky and I wanted to change my room. Within 5 minutes she came upstairs and personally showed me to a different room that smelled alot better. This Hotel is also in a great location. There is an awesome mall right across the street and great restaurants are near by as well.

I did not like that the lobby was drastically different than the rooms. The lobby was exquisite! It was upscale, extremely clean and welcoming. When we checked in and went to our rooms the room looked nothing like the lobby. The rooms wasn't completely runned down but they were no where near the look of the lobby. So it was kind of surprising. When we checked out there was a young man working the front. He was checking us out then the phone rang... instead of putting the caller on hold he kept us waiting for 20 minutes while talking to the caller who obviously wanted to email the hotel. We thought this was rude and very unprofessional. He did apologize when he ended the call but I think he needs some more training.
